Public Projects

The Project consists of water replacement and pavement rehabilitation at Knightsbridge Way from Elliott Drive to Danrose Drive. The pavement rehabilitation method is asphalt grind and inlay/overlay and cold in-place recycling on Knightsbridge Way and asphalt grind and inlay on all Cul-de-Sac Streets. Work includes, but is not limited to, distribution of public notices, mobilization, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention, curb ramp upgrades, asphalt grind and inlay, cold in-place recycling, asphalt concrete base repair, adjusting utility covers to grade, reinstallation of survey monuments, signage and striping, abandonment of existing water main and water valves, installation of new water main and water valves, installation of water services and all appurtenances, hydrant improvements and all appurtenances, testing of new water installation on Knightsbridge Way in American Canyon. This project is funded by the Napa Countywide Sales Tax Measure T and State SB1/RMRA.

The City is responsible for the management of all public on-street parking, curbside space, public parking lots and the Civic Center Parking Garage. To optimize parking availability and utilization, the City employs a variety of paid parking systems. The following is an overview of asset infrastructure along with services covered by the City’s Parking Operator.

The City of Dixon (CITY) is pursuing tank cleaning and inspection services on an “on-call” basis for the City of Dixon Water Division. It is the City’s intent to have an approved “on-call” firm and award an agreement for a term of three years. However, the City may terminate the agreement, as it deems appropriate, or may extend the agreement after one year with concurrence from the successful firm.

The project consists of furnishing and installation of technology equipment and accessories to provide complete functional system.

General Work Description: Reconfigure the curve on Foothill Drive approximately 1,116' from the City of Vacaville limits. Construct a 32 feet wide roadway section of 2" of 1/2" HMA over 3" of 3/4" HMA over 12" of aggregate base. The work also includes: embankment construction, retaining wall, ditch excavation, concrete v-ditch, adjusting facilities to grade, signage and striping, and potential removal of hazardous waste.

The West Contra Costa Unified School District (“District”) is requesting submission of a statement of qualifications (“SOQ(s)”), and proposals for the District’s Kennedy High School Modernization Project, Richmond High School Modernization Project, and Stege Elementary School Modernization Project.

The City of Dixon is requesting a statement of qualifications from communications and public relations service providers focused on the specialty area of crisis communications, emergency communications and on call comprehensive communication and outreach.

General Work Description: The work under this contract is generally located along Texas Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and Jefferson Street in Fairfield, CA. This is Phase 1B of a larger project. The work to be performed consists, in general, of demolition of existing trees, tree wells, and pavers, and installation of new trees, irrigation, concrete paving, salvaged brick pavers, sculptures and pad foundation, relocated trash receptacles, and all other work as shown on the contract documents.

Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of removing and replacing broom finished and exposed aggregate pathway concrete at various locations. The work shall include, but not be limited to, adjusting existing facilities to grade, relocating and reinstalling existing facilities, and water pollution control.
