The Project consists of modernizing the central kitchen, including the replacement of existing kitchen equipment, as well as the installation of new walk-in freezers and refrigerators. The scope also includes the modifications to existing utilities and finishes as needed to connect replacement equipment.

Two Mandatory pre-bid conference and site visits will be held on June 24, 2025, and June 25, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Meet at the Food Services (Central Kitchen) located at 750 Bissell Avenue, Richmond, California 94801.
All prospective Bidders are required to sign in. Failure to attend at least one pre-bid conference or tardiness will render the bid ineligible.
