1. Stabilization and removal of lead-based paint
2. Application of Primer
3. Application of 2 Layers of Paint
• 1 Topcoat Layer for Stucco
C. The Project consists of three buildings
1. Lower Building
2. Breezeway
3. Gym/ Preschool
A pre-bid conference will be held on site on Tuesday, July 8 at 10 AM,Bidders must attend the pre-bid conference in order to bid the project. The bidders' conference is mandatory. Bidder must sign in on the pre-bid conference sign-in sheet as proof of attendance. A bidder who fails to attend the mandatory bidders' conference may be disqualified from bidding.
The estimated construction cost is $220,000 and liquidated damages is $1,165 per day.
