Village Rd/ Cowell Rd Crossing Improvements, PJ 2717

Scope of Work: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and daily site cleanup, clearing and grubbing, traffic control; water pollution control program; cold planing of asphalt pavement; placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) inlay; installation of shoulder backing from AC grinding; constructing AC base failure repairs and HMA plugs; lowering and raising of utility covers to finish grade; removal & replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; and all other work shown on the Plans and specified in the Project Specifications.
