Cost Estimate: The District's estimated total construction cost for this project is approximately $4,700,000. The estimate is intended to serve merely as a guideline of the magnitude of work. Neither the Proposers nor the contractor shall be entitled to claims because of any inaccuracy in the estimate.

MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting: A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit will be held at the Folger Drive Emergency Operations Center Project Site located at 1510 Folger Drive Belmont, CA 94002 on January 13, 2026, at 10:30 AM PST. Attendance at the Site meeting is MANDATORY for all General Contractors wanting to propose on the project. Attendance will be verified by sign-in sheet maintained by the District's Construction Manager. Only firms listed on the official attendance record will be eligible to submit proposals. PROPOSALS submitted by parties not attending the pre-proposal meeting will be rejected.
