Elevator Modernization at CCRMC - Main Hospital

The project includes elevator modernization and refurbishments to all six (6) elevators for the main hospital building including all related work including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, fire alarm and fire sprinkler. The work will be phased so only one elevator is out of service at any point in time. All Deferred Approvals, including engineering / design and submission to HCAi, for items such as Elevators (if required), Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinklers will be required under this contract. Maintenance of all six elevators during construction is also part of this contract.

The estimated construction contract cost (Base bid) is $11,000,000.00

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the project site, 2500 Alhambra Ave., Martinez, CA 94553. The group will meet in the main Hospital Lobby. Discussion will cover recommended outreach efforts, resources, and any other subjects of interest to attendees.

Immediately following the pre-bid conference on September 17, 2025, there will be an in-person mandatory Job Site Visit at 2500 Alhambra Ave., Martinez, CA 94553.

**Because of the restrictive nature of the facilities, the site will only be open for inspection by bidders on September 17, 2025, as noted above.
