General work description: The work generally consists of reconstructing the east bank of Pinole Creek located between Henry Avenue and I-80, in the City of Pinole. Work includes excavation, clearing and grubbing, embankment reconstruction, placement of soil-filled rock slope protection, temporary creek diversion and dewatering, temporary traffic control, hydroseeding, and pavement reconstruction.

The East Bay Regional Park District (“Park District”) Stewardship Department is soliciting proposals from environmental consulting firms to provide professional biological services related to environmental assessment, fuels management, and construction. The majority of these services will be used for activities conducted under the Park District’s Fuels Management Plan Area, encompassing fourteen East Bay hills and shoreline parks from Point Pinole Regional Shoreline to Anthony Chabot Regional Park.

The project consists of the exterior painting of building A, B, C, D, E, Kindergarten, Library, MPR building, portables, and Child Care. Exterior painting of all fences, gates, benches, bike racks, door frames, doors inside and outside, windows, roof vents, HVAC enclosure covers, and portables railing.

The project consists of the removal, regrading, and replacement of existing asphalt. It includes the demolition and re-striping of selective markings, the selective demolition of playground structures, and the selective removal and replacement of concrete perimeter structures.

The project includes one building with a total of 15,245 SF to demolish and replace several building systems. The existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system will be demolished and replaced with a new all-electric HVAC system. The roofing system will include a full replacement of the built up roof and the metal standing seam roof. The electrical system will replace the existing electrical switchboard with a 1000A main switchboard, retrofit or new light fixtures with energy efficient light emitting diode (LED) bulbs, and power outlets on the main library floor for public use. In addition, the project accessibility improvements includes accessible parking re-location, path of travel improvements from the parking lot to the main entrance, public restroom upgrades as shown in the drawings entitled “Pinole Library Accessibility Upgrades, Pinole Library HVAC Replacement, Pinole Library Electrical Upgrade, and Pinole Library Roof Replacement.” Contractor shall be responsible for procurement of all equipment and materials.

The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) is soliciting proposals from professional architectural consultants to provide Design/Build-Bridging documents for a proposed new service yard project at Point Pinole Regional Shoreline in Richmond, California. The selected consultants will have proven experience in producing Design/Build-Bridging documents and be fully qualified to perform the services requested by the Park District in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

The District is seeking proposals from experienced, reputable, and qualified Licensed Timber Operators and Tree Service Contractors to remove $60,000 of Eucalyptus, Redwood, and blackberry within Point Pinole Regional Shoreline as part of an ongoing restoration project to restore fresh water riparian connectivity to the Bay marshes.

The project includes the demolition of an existing portable building, a new 6200 SF multi-purpose building, PC covered walkways and trash enclosure canopy, and site and utility improvements.

The project consists of site and utility improvements for two portables. Scope includes but not limited to, data, security, clock speaker, and fire alarm systems. All final connections to be provided. Portable buildings will be provided and installed by relocatable building vendor (NIC). Pre-manufactured ramps and skirting will be provided by relocatable building vendor

The Work consists of installation of approximately 4,124 LF of 30-inch FPVC or HDPE pipe, 991 LF of 12-inch FPVC or HDPE pipe, 991 LF of 24-inch pipe, cured-in-place pipe lining, a 299 LF pilot tube guided auger bore or pipe ramming crossing of the railroad, 23 manholes, 3 vaults, abandonment or removal of 5,400 LF of existing 24-inch asbestos cement pipe and manholes, replacement of existing sewer laterals; replacement of 350 LF of existing 8-inch PVC sewer main, 105 LF of sliplining, 265 LF of 15 and 18-inch RCP storm drain; catch basins; bypass pumping, pavement replacement, environmental surveys, and effluent pumping station demolition.
