One MANDATORY pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on February 22, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. meet at the front of Shannon Elementary School located at 685 Marlesta Road, Pinole CA 94564. All participants must sign in and comply with the COVID protocols including wearing a mask onsite. Failure to attend site visit will render Contractor’s bid ineligible.
