2021 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project - Various Locations

The proposed project will rehabilitate sewers located beneath unimproved areas, sidewalks and in roadways in various locations in the City of Albany. In general, the work to be done under this contract consists of installing approximately 5,367 feet of 8" HDPE and PVC sewer mains using pipe bursting and open trench methods. The project will also involve the installation of new lower laterals for the replaced sewer lines, and installation of new manhole structures, rehabilitation of existing manhole structures and restoration of all private and public improvements and landscaping in the City of Albany, including all labor, equipment and materials, together with traffic control.
