The Work for the GODFREY PARK REC. BLDG. RENOVATION Project includes the following: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, testing, permits, select hazardous materials abatement, special inspections during construction, temporary controls and construction facilities, and all General Conditions, General Requirements and incidentals required to complete the GODFREY PARK REC. BLDG. RENOVATION Project as generally described within the Project Manual.
