RFP for Pre-Qualified Bidders - Police Department 2nd Story Expansion Project

The work includes: Minor site demolition and improvements, Some building demolition on the first floor, Required Structural Improvements to add a Second Story which is approximately 3,000 square feet, HVAC removal and replacement for the whole building, Electrical Improvements to the whole building, New interior for much of the first floor, Exterior building improvements, New interior for the second floor.
