Develop Tidewater Day Use Area Project

The Project is described as follows: Approximately 6.5 acres of new park space. The park will include asphalt parking, EV charging stations; nature-themed playground and outdoor classroom with wood play equipment, logs, and boulders; boat storage enclosed with a fence and automatic gate; picnic areas; new pathways, as well as the addition of new park furniture and recreational amenities. New pre-fabricated restroom building with four stalls and a mechanical room; new landscape, including turf, shrubs, trees, and hydroseeded areas.
