RFP CM Tidewater Day Use Area

The East Bay Regional Park District (District) is soliciting proposals from Construction Management firms to provide professional services for the Develop Tidewater Area project (See Appendix C for Location Map). The Scope of Services for this work includes activities during pre-mobilization construction contract administration, submittal review, material testing, source inspection, and project closeout. The selected consultant will have proven experience in construction management and construction inspection services for similar projects and be fully qualified to perform the services requested by the Park District in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
