RFP - INTERIOR REPAIR AND REMODEL OF SYLVAN COMMUNITY CENTER Project No. GS 25-14

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from experienced contractors that can perform all services associated with building interior repair, remodeling, and repainting. This procurement is not a traditional unit-price construction bid. Selection will be based on qualifications, approach, experience, cost proposal, and ability to perform the required remodel and repair services.
