Engineering and Environmental Remediation Services for the ACMR
The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District), Design and Construction Department, intends to engage a firm to provide design and environmental remediation services for the former Anthony Chabot Marksmanship Range (ACMR). The Design and Construction Department is requesting proposals from firms with relevant expertise and experience in projects similar to the subject Project. The prime consultant responding to this RFP is required to be an Engineering firm that provides environmental remediation services.

A non-mandatory Pre-RFP submittal site visit is scheduled for January 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Please contact MOlsen@ebparks.org if you have any questions about the site visit coordination. Otherwise, please plan to meet at the Marciel Staging Area, 9999 Redwood Rd., Castro Valley, CA 94552. This meeting will not be recorded; however, responses to questions will be documented in the addendum as needed.
Questions regarding this RFP are to be in writing and directed to Mac Olsen, no later than 5:00 p.m. (local time) on January 23, 2025. If necessary, responses to questions will be issued via an addendum, which will be posted on this online plan room website.
