Pueblo Area Rehabilitation Project Phase 1

Project Description

Rehabilitation and/or replacement of 6” and 8” sewer mains by the following methods:

• Approximately 13,311 LF by pipe bursting and 994 LF by open-cut.

Also included in the scope of work is the rehabilitation or replacement of approximately 368 lower laterals, 358 upper laterals, and approximately 60 sewer structures in the project area.

Also included in the scope of work as Bid Alternate A is the resurfacing of approximately 2.8 miles of roadway and minor concrete work to repair curb and gutters, sidewalks, and concrete valley gutters.

Also included in the scope of work as Bid Alternate B is the installation of approximately 260 LF of 6-inch water main and the abandonment of an existing AC water main.

$3,000,000 Bid Alt A

$220,000 Bid Alt B

A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM, local time, on December 9, 2025 at 1515 Soscol Ferry Road, Napa, California and attendance is mandatory for all contractors submitting a bid. Failure to attend this mandatory pre-bid conference will make any bid submitted by Bidder unresponsive and will be rejected. A site visit prior to bidding is mandatory for the contractor to be qualified to bid on the project. However, the site visit may be conducted by the Contractor at its convenience prior to the preparation of its bid. Bidders are not allowed to enter private property or open manholes.
