RFP- Community Engagement & Outreach Services for Contra Loma Swim Facility Planning
The Park District is seeking consultant services to conduct community engagement and outreach with Antioch residents and nearby communities to help evaluate appropriate and feasible alternatives at Contra Loma. The consultant team should be capable of preparing a potential project alternatives report/summary based on feedback from community members and stakeholders, and broad cost estimates for the potential alternatives.

A pre-proposal session will be held on November 20, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Zoom. Park District staff will provide an overview that covers the basic elements of this RFP. Time will be allotted for questions. This meeting will be recorded.
