Baldwin Park Preschool Outdoor Enclosure & Resurfacing PJ 2769

Scope of Work: The project consists of demolition of an existing fence and installation of new fencing to enclose the Preschool outdoor play area at Baldwin Park. The work includes but is not limited to mobilization, stormwater pollution protection, preparatory work, and site cleanup daily; lead paint removal, installation of new fencing and gates, and painting; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions.
