Annual Prequalification Invitation for Construction Projects

The City of Davis requests prequalification submissions on or before 5:00 p.m. Wednesday December 3, 2025 from qualified contractors interested in providing construction services such as (1) Grading and/or Paving, (2) Electrical (Site and/or Facility), (3) Underground Utilities, (4) Mechanical – Plumbing and/or HVAC, (5) Concrete Sidewalk, (6) Lift Stations, (7) Facility Remodels, (8) WWTP, and (9) Roofs projects for the upcoming 2026 construction season. The City is seeking licensed contractors that wish to bid on specific public works projects to submit a questionnaire in order to bid on construction project in 2026 for the City of Davis. There may be occasional work where the City elects not to use the prequalification process, but generally we will use this annual list.
