A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 24, 2025 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at 4100 Kastania Road, Petaluma. Any explanation desired by Bidders regarding the meaning or interpretation of any of the contract documents shall be submitted in writing to the District no later than November 4, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
