Escobar Street Parking Lot #4 - Pavement Improvements Project No. C8508

Description of Work: Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision and perform all work necessary for and incidental to the construction of the project known as the Escobar Street Parking Lot #4 – Pavement Improvement, City Project No. C8508. The work includes but is not limited to construction of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) parking lot adjacent to an existing parking lot near the corner of Escobar and Ferry St in the City of Martinez. Work shall include traffic control, pedestrian detours, staging of the work, temporary stormwater pollution control, clearing and grubbing, removal of existing AC areas, grading, adjustment of existing utility boxes, replacement of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and installation of new HMA, HMA plugs and conforms, concrete wheel stops, removal and installation of pavement stripes and markings, and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, the Special Provisions and as directed by the Engineer.
