Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of renovating the existing Nick Rodriguez Community/Senior Center roof. The work shall include, but not be limited to, removal and disposal of existing roof, removal and replacement of existing roof structure where applicable, and installation of new City Supplied modified bitumen roofing system.

A prebid site walk and pre-bid PSA meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., July 22, 2025, at the Nick Rodriguez Community Center located at 213 âFâ Street, Antioch, CA 94509. This meeting is to inform bidders of project requirements. BIDDER'S ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING WILL BE MANDATORY.
