RFQ - Stewardship On-Call Technical Services
The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) manages approximately 127,000 acres of parkland in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. The Park District is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFQ) to identify firms that can provide support to the Stewardship Department in various areas related to natural resources, geomorphology and hydrology, environmental remediation, rangeland monitoring and management, and other relevant disciplines (see Section II. Scope of Services). The Park District will select qualified firms through an open and competitive process to develop an on-call list of pre-approved consultants. The Park District intends to establish a three-year contract with the option to extend the term an additional two years with selected firms. The contract value is subject to the Park District's discretion and may vary among selected firms. As needs arise, the Park District will solicit project-level scopes from individual firms selected from the on-call list. Selection as an on-call consultant does not guarantee work under the resulting contract.
