Citywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Regional Street Crossing

PROJECT SCOPE: The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes: furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform the construction and installation of the following: installation of new and modification to existing pedestrian curb ramps, modifications to curb radiuses, minor civil improvements, installation of foundations, street light poles, sign posts, pull boxes, wiring, push buttons, and other items of work which are required for installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) system and mid-block crosswalk, and conduit installation across the intersection of Dublin Boulevard and Village Parkway as shown on the plans, described in the Specifications, Special Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.

COST ESTIMATE: The City’s estimated total construction cost for this Project is between $700,000 - $800,000.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Contractors bidding the project are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference prior to bidding. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. and June 3, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. and will be located at the Dublin City Hall, 100 Civic Plaza. Bids will not be accepted from contractors that do not attend one of the pre-bid meetings. Sub-contractors are not required to attend the pre-bid conference.
