Park at Pine Meadow Drive (C5048)

Erosion control, grading, concrete and decomposed granite pathways, and playground system surfacing, park furnishing, landscaping, tree planting, irrigation, curb and gutter, curb ramps, asphalt paving, striping, storm drain pipes, storm drain inlets, vertical slot drains, concrete ditch, sanitary sewer lateral, water service lateral, new restroom building, street lighting, and all appurtenant work required to complete the project in accordance with the project’s plans and specifications.

The Engineer’s Estimate is $2,115,000

There is no pre-bid meeting for this work; however, contractors are strongly encouraged to visit all sites in advance of the bid to familiarize themselves with the nature of the existing conditions.
