FY22-23 Pavement Project

The work, in general, consists of rubberized cape seal, curb ramp reconstruction, replacement of sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gutters, striping, pavement markings, and utility adjustments to grade in the City of Willows. More specifically, the Work consists of, but is not limited to, saw-cutting, removal and disposal of traffic stripes, pavement markings, and pavement markers; Removal and disposal of pavement surface and base materials, including asphalt concrete, curb ramps, curb, gutter, and sidewalk, as required, and installation of curb ramps, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gutters, and detectable warning surfaces; Micro-surfacing and placement of rubberized cape seal, asphalt concrete paving, pavement base failure repairs (6-inch depth), striping, pavement markings, pavement markers, red curb painting, utility adjustments to grade, and other items of work as are required to complete the project.
