2023 Water Main Replacement Project

In general, the work includes the water main and service replacements at various locations in the City of Martinez. The work includes, but is not limited to the following:

Replacing approximately 8,500 linear feet of water main to address undersized, aging, and deteriorating pipelines to minimize failures and improve fire flows. The project consists of water main replacement including valves and fire hydrants, tie-in of new mains to existing mains, replacement of service laterals up to existing water meters, blow-offs, air release valves, fittings, and associated appurtenances.

The Engineer's Estimate for construction is $3,367,010.
