TCSD - TVCC Restroom Remodel and Accessibility Upgrade

Shall include demo of all existing facilities and disposal at a legal disposal site, furnish specified and requested materials to Tamalpais Valley Community Center (TVCC) at 203 Marin Avenue, in Mill Valley CA 94941, perform the bathroom renovation consisting of partial demolition of the existing men’s and women’s bathrooms and then renovation thereof into two separate gender neutral bathrooms. The Contractor shall provide two portable toilets, at least one shall be ADA accessible with a hand wash station, and also a separate hand wash station provided for all patrons to use. The renovations are entirely within the footprint of the existing TVCC building, together with all appurtenances, connections and testing, for the completed and operational project as shown on the Plans and as specified and all appurtenances required to complete the work shown on the plans, and as specified.
