East E St Parking Lot Improvements

The work includes, but is not limited to:
a. Earthwork
b. Paving; and
c. Signage and striping; and
d. Completing all appurtenant work in place and ready for public use, all as shown in these Special Provisions and other Contract Documents on file in the Public Works Department, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.

The Engineer’s Opinion of Probable cost for the project is approximately $175,000.
