Grant Elementary School & Mira Vista Elementary School Relocatable Classrooms Project
The project consists of site and utility improvements for two portables at each site and one shade structure. Scope includes but not limited to, data, security, clock speaker, and fire alarm systems. All final connections to be provided. Portable buildings will be provided and installed by relocatable building vendor (NIC). Pre-manufactured ramps and skirting will be provided by relocatable building vendor (NIC).

Two MANDATORY pre-bid meetings will be held MAY 4th, 2022 and MAY 11th, 2022 at 3:30PM
Meet at main entrance of Mira Vista Elementary School located at 6397 Hazel Avenue, Richmond CA 94805 then follow to Grant Elementary School located at 2400 Downer Avenue, Richmond CA 94804. All participants must sign in and comply with the COVID protocols including wearing a mask onsite. Bidders must attend at least one pre-bid conference in order to bid the project.
