Booker T. Anderson Community Center Fire Damage Reconstruction Project

The scope of work required is to repair and reconstruct the damaged portions of the community center using similar building materials and finishes as originally constructed to the greatest extent possible. In the process of performing the required work, all areas requiring reconstruction shall comply with current 2019 California Building Code requirements.
