RFP CM Tidewater Day Use Area
The East Bay Regional Park District (District) is soliciting proposals from Construction Management firms to provide professional services for the Develop Tidewater Area project (See Appendix C for Location Map). The Scope of Services for this work includes activities during pre-mobilization construction contract administration, submittal review, material testing, source inspection, and project closeout. The selected consultant will have proven experience in construction management and construction inspection services for similar projects and be fully qualified to perform the services requested by the Park District in this Request for Proposals (RFP).

Site Visit: There will be an optional pre-proposal site visit at 10:00 a.m. on Jan 22, 2026. The site is secure and may not be entered without prior arrangements; 7 therefore, we cannot accommodate individual requests to visit the site at other times.
