A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday September 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Discussion will cover recommended outreach efforts, resources and any other subjects of interest to attendees. The pre-bid conference will be onsite with a link provided on cccplanroom.com.
