RFP for Job Order Contracting Program Management Services for Various Facilities Projects

The Capital Projects Management (“CPM”) Division of the Public Works Department, Contra Costa County intends to engage a firm to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) program management services. This contract shall be performance-based with no fees paid up-front to the selected consultant. Instead, fees shall be paid based on issuance of construction job orders utilizing the consultant’s standardized unit price books.
