Two MANDATORY pre-bid conference and site visits will be held on September 15, 2022 and September 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. meet at Cameron School located at 7140 Gladys Avenue, El Cerrito CA, then follow to Collins Elementary School located at 1224 Pinole Valley Road, Pinole CA. All participants must sign in and comply with the COVID protocols including wearing a mask onsite. Bidders must attend at least one pre-bid conference in order to bid the project.
Electronic Bids must be uploaded directly to the online bidding plan room at www.wccusdplanroom.com will be received until 2:00 p.m. October 6, 2022, at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud via Zoom Virtual Bid opening at the following link: https://wccusd.zoom.us/j/93079336124. Any claim by a bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be non-responsive and returned to the bidder.
