RFP - Water Utility Master Plan and Rates Study

The City of Fairfield (City) is seeking qualified and experienced engineering consulting firms to submit proposals for development of a water master plan (WMP) for the City's water utility, Fairfield Municipal Utility (FMU) along with completion of a comprehensive cost-of service analysis. The WMP is intended to be used to inform a recommendation of a new water rate schedule over the next several years, beginning in January 2024.
