The Work may consist of the following: Demolition and replacement of walk-in freezer and cooler walls and ceiling; Demolition and replacement of 1 evaporator in the cooler Connect new evaporator to existing condenser on the roof; Remove and reinstall 4 evaporators in the freezer and cooler. Reconnect evaporators to existing condensers on the roof; Install new door systems into the new wall panels of the freezer and the cooler. Install energy efficient led light fixtures on existing circuiting at freezer and cooler ceiling; Reestablish fire sprinkler coverage within both the freezer and the cooler spaces.
