The successful bidder will have 250 calendar days to substantially complete the project from the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost of construction is $1,200,000.

A  pre‐bid  site  visit  to  the  pond  levees  at  1515  Soscol  Ferry  Rd  will  be  available  by  appointment on Monday between 9 AM and 1 PM and Wednesday between 9 AM and 3 PM on the following dates: December 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 28th, and 30th. Call 707‐258‐6030 or  e‐mail  skobayashi@napasan.com  at  least  one  work  day  in  advance  to  schedule  a  site  visit.
Attendance at the pre‐bid web‐conference and site visit to the project area are mandatory for all contractors submitting a bid. Failure to attend the mandatory pre‐bid conference will make  any  bid  submitted  by  Bidder  unresponsive  and  will  be  rejected.  A  site  visit  prior  to  bidding is mandatory for the contractor to be qualified to bid on the project and shall be coordinated  with  NapaSan  staff.  Prospective  Bidders  are  not  allowed  to  enter  the  Soscol  Recycled Water Treatment Facility and project area without a prior appointment with the Owner.
