The Engineer’s Estimate for the base bid is $90,000.
The City will conduct a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on September 30, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. to inform the bidders of project overview and answer bidders questions. The meeting will take place at the project site located at 1571 N. Oak Street, Calistoga. The City encourages all prospective bidders and subcontractors to attend. Bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will be responsible for their bids, and all provisions thereof, to the same extent as those bidders that did attend. Those bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be excused from their bid or any provision thereof on account of information that was available at the pre-bid meeting.
