The Project is located 1,000 feet northeast along the San Francisco Bay Trail from the intersection of Bayfront Blvd. and John Muir Pkwy in the City of Hercules (38°01 '22.3"N, 122°16'52.5"W), and is described as follows: In general, the wall repair work to be performed consists of mobilization, erosion control, grading work, removal and installation of concrete valley gutter/trench, and all other work as shown on the Plans.

A bidders' conference will be held on July 29, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at the following location: Entrance driveway to project site at the end of Linus Pauling Drive as shown on Sheet C-3 of the project plans to acquaint all prospective bidders with the Contract Documents and the Worksite. The bidders' conference is not mandatory.
