TWO MANDATORY pre-bid conference and site visits will be held on January 12, 2024 and January 16, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
Meet at the main office of Helms Middle School located at 2500 Road 20, San Pablo CA 94806. All participants must sign in and comply with the COVID protocols including wearing a mask onsite. Failure to attend one site visit will render Contractor's bid ineligible.
Electronic Bids must be uploaded directly to the online bidding plan room at www.wccusdplanroom.com will be
received until 2:00 p.m. January 24, 2024, at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud
via Zoom Virtual Bid opening at the following link: https://wccusd.zoom.us/j/94149038653. Any claim by a
bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code. Any
bid that is submitted after this time shall be non-responsive and returned to the bidder.
