Transportation Offices at Corp. Yard and Corp. Yard Admin Roof Replacement, PJ Nos. 2648 & 2659

The project consists of the partial demolition of existing office, roof, and foundation conditions for a portion of the existing building, installation of new roofing over the newly constructed roof deck, re-coating of the existing metal roof for the remaining portion of the building, construction of interior office improvements, construction of new foundation and slab, structural walls, application of exterior finishes, windows, and doors, new interior finishes, including flooring, painting, new doors and windows, new ceiling systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work associated with the improved area. Work also includes a portion of the parking lot to incorporate accessibility improvements, installation of new flashings, gutters, downspouts, and trims, painting and sealing as noted on the drawings. This work includes all preparation, materials and accessories, clean up, and conformance to existing conditions necessary for a complete and functional installed new office improvements and all other work as specified in these Special Provisions, Technical Sections, and as shown on the Plans.
