RFQ - Construction Management Services for East County Service Center

Contra Costa County intends to engage a firm to provide Construction Management and Project Management services for the County's new East County Service Center. For the selected firm, the contract term is anticipated to be five years and the total contract amount is estimated to be $2,900,000 to $3,500,000. The Capital Projects Management Division, Public Works Department, is requesting Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from firms with expertise and experience providing construction management and project management services for similar projects.
