Kennedy High School Gym Acoustic Paneling

Two MANDATORY pre-bid conference and site visits will be held on December 20, 2022 and December 21, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. meet at Kennedy High School located at 4300 Cutting Blvd., Richmond, CA 94803. All participants must sign in and comply with the COVID protocols including wearing a mask onsite. Failure to attend one site visit will render Contractor’s bid ineligible.

Electronic Bids must be uploaded directly to the online bidding plan room at www.wccusdplanroom.com will be received until 2:00 p.m. January 3, 2023, at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud via Zoom Virtual Bid opening at the following link: https://wccusd.zoom.us/j/93079336124. Any claim by a bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be non-responsive and returned to the bidder.
