RFP - Design-Build Services for the City Hall Modification Project

The City is accepting proposals from qualified Design-Build teams (Design-Builder) offering design and construction services. The City will use the design-build contracting method to deliver its City Hall Modification Project (Project) and is employing a single-step procurement process for selection of a Design-Builder that will successfully complete the Project. This Request for Proposals (RFP) establishes the process for soliciting and evaluating proposals for the Project, leading to a merit-based selection of a Design-Builder.
