Solano College - Library/Learning Resource Center Project No 19-009

The construction of a new Library/ Learning Resource Center building for the Solano Community College District, to be located at 4000 Suisun Valley Road, Fairfield, California. Contractor to include all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for the construction of a new approximately 59,252 square foot, 2-story building and all associated site improvements. The project also includes the demolition of the existing B100 Library building and five modular buildings and site improvements at these areas. This is a multi-phased project, and is to be completed per the phasing shown on sheet G1.41. All campus pedestrian access shall be maintained and existing buildings shall remain functional during the duration of the project.
