2021 Collection System Rehabilitation Project (CIP 20703)

Project Description: The work includes rehabilitation and/or replacement of 4”, 6”, 8”, 12”, and 15” sewer mains by the following methods:

• 13,000 LF by pipe bursting
• 2,200 LF by cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining
• 3,100 LF by sliplining
• 160 LF by open cut and replace
Also included in the scope of work is the rehabilitation or replacement of approximately 400 laterals and 70 sewer structures within the project area.
Also included in the scope of work as two bid alternates is the rehabilitation/or replacement of a combined total of approximately 6 sewer structures, approximately 40 laterals, approximately 1,000 LF of 8” sewer main by pipe bursting, and approximately 2,800 LF of 10”, 12”, and 18” sewer mains by CIPP lining in Lincoln Avenue.

The estimated cost of construction for the Base Bid plus Bid Alternates is $6,600,000.
